Tirana Police has referred to SPAK for the criminal offenses committed yesterday in the plenary session.

The reference, without specific names, is made to "destruction of property" and "use of pyrotechnics".

 Earlier, during previous incidents, the same investigative group forwarded the materials to SPAK about Albana Vokshi and Flamur Noka.

The charges against Noka and Vokshit are for destruction of property by fire and other means, which according to articles 151 and 154 of the Criminal Code, are punishable by a fine up to 5 years in prison.

In yesterday's plenary session (December 7), the present deputies of Berisha and Bardhi, issued insults and insults to the employees of the Guard, with whom they then had violent clashes after the latter tried to stop them from repeating the chaos with the overturning of the chairs near the hall's lectern.

The 2024 budget was approved by a majority of 74 votes in favor and 4 against in a chaotic session that lasted about 8 minutes.
