"Iran will retaliate. Albania has never been more endangered than now"
Edi Rama and Baton Haxhiu

The shadow adviser of Prime Minister Edi Rama, analyst Baton Haxhiu, says that after the decision to expel Iranian diplomats, Albania is included in the group of countries that are hated by Iran.

In an interview for Euronews Albania, he said that Albania has never been more at risk from terrorism than now.

"We have to be careful, the Iranians, from the point of view of pride, put their pride on a pedestal. After the last decision, we entered the group of countries that Iran hates. The threat can be of any kind. The Iranians are ruthless in their revenge. At this moment, NATO and the USA must take special care now for the residents of Albania, for the mujahedin, for the entrances and exits to the port of Durrës, the airport, the entrances from Kosovo and RMV. This is a special moment for the US and security in Albania. Albania has never been more endangered by terrorism than now", said Haxhiu.
