"A photomontage list." This is how Prime Minister Edi Rama considered the lists published today by Iranian hackers, which are claimed to be the confidential data of the "MEMEX" system of the State Police.
Rama said this statement in the Parliament while he was talking about the names of ministers, former ministers or journalists on those lists. In a reply to MP Xhaferraj, Rama accused the opposition that the latter have become ridiculous with fictions and hypotheses from photomontages.
"The last thing I have is, let's not be ridiculous and for everything that happens we give it a uniqueness like it happens here, today in RMV there is a cyber attack, they are daily, we have dealt with constant attacks and we have not had any problems, this it's a very big attack but it didn't achieve its goal, so don't jump to ridiculous conclusions and I'm telling you again that that attack didn't achieve its goal.
That story like that list today, which talks about what ground it finds in our channels and portals, plus in our politics, a group that has malicious intentions towards the country, and with a photomontage list where criminals are mixed with politicians and journalists puts in vortex a world that throws doubts, there is no more fertile ground for malicious action against our country than channels, portals and you. Thanks to this power in the slush pipeline, every scumbag can make a fool of himself that you stand up and what are the connections with crimes by making photomontages, what has come out is not MEMEX..." - said Rama
