The court of Tirana rejected the request of the official Democratic Party for the change of judge Niko Rrapi.

The request was reviewed by another panel deciding that judge Niko Rrapi should continue to consider the issue of changes to the statute of September 2.

Today, the representatives of Lulzim Basha have requested the invalidity of the National Council documents held by the Gazment Bardhi group in July. They claim that the documents are forged, 3 of them in total.

The request of Basha's legal representatives came after Judge Rapi earlier dismissed their claims, for additional documentation on the meeting of the National Council of the Democratic Party held online at the request of General Secretary Gazment Bardhi on July 28, in which they were asked not to hold of elections for Democratic Party chairpersons.
