The mayor of Mallakstra, Qerim Ismailaj , for whom SPAK demanded 1 year in prison for concealing the sentence in the decriminalization form, is employed as part of the staff of the Historical Museum in Fier .

WebLajm writes that Ismailaj performed this work near the museum, in repayment of the sentence given by the special court, a sentence which he accepted.

According to the journalist, Arsen Rusta , the mayor of Mallakastra, has performed 40 hours of work in the interest of the community by sending to SPAK the certificate that he has worked at the Historical Museum in Fier .

It is still unclear what work Ismailaj has done in the Museum of Fier , which has ' Cicero ', ' Historian ', ' Guard ', ' Ticket ', ' Seller ' or ' Director ' in its organics.

Ismailaj performed this work of 40 hours without pay, while this is expected to be added to his CV as the head of the Mallakstër Municipality and political and public functionary .

The Special Court accepted this request of SPAK while Ismailaj was sentenced to probation, 6 months in prison converted to 40 hours of community service.
