Albanian delegation in Brussels

Albania officially opened negotiations with the European Union today, after the First Intergovernmental Conference in Brussels. The Albanian delegation consisted of 25 officials, part of the negotiating group with the Union, headed by Prime Minister Edi Rama and the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Olta Xhaçka.

Part of the delegation was also the Deputy Minister of the Interior, Besfort Lamallari, who celebrated his birthday yesterday in Brussels. He has posted some photos on social networks and says that he is doubly happy on this date

"Historical moment for Albania and Albanians! Doubly happy on this special date." writes Lamallari.
