Democratic MP Flamur Noka seems to have regretted his gesture today in Parliament, where he shot a cameraman who was filming Sali Berisha's phone.

The episode caused the reaction of the speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, who warned Noka and said that respect must be shown to the free media.

The latter responded by saying that it is shameful to film the phones of members of parliament.

But at the end of the session, he shared some photos with the cameraman on social networks, saying that he apologized.

"A friendly apology to cameraman Parid Dado for the morning's misunderstanding," writes Noka on Facebook.
