But, frankly, I don't understand some who curse and curse with rage every time drinking water is talked about and worked on, are you saying that we are cutting water from the people and not bringing it to the tap every day, from North to South, thanks to massive investments and a hard work full of obstacles!

Some who do the interesting thing against everyone, say cursed SP and DP who still deal with water, when the world deals with the Moon and Mars! What if the SP, which with its government is closing, step by step, the centuries-old wound of the lack of drinking water, with the DP, which did nothing to cure this old wound, deepened it with a shovel created in the water supply system and the stimulation of massive theft of water through illegal connections(?)! And excuse me, but what is our fault specifically, that we inherited such a wound from the centuries, or should we be ashamed because we are curing and healing it step by step(?)!

Disa të tjerë shajnë në tym pse unë ngrita një shëndet me ujë dje në Dibër, jo Enveri, jo komunizmi, jo tërrci-vërrci! Po që të jemi shumë të qartë, e para ujë të pishëm 24 orë nuk ka pasur në shumë e shumë zona të Shqipërisë, përfshirë edhe Dibrën, as në kohën e Enverit dhe e dyta, kur unë ngre shëndet me ujë as më shkon mendja hiç tek Enveri, se me Enverin i kam mbyllur hesapet i pari fare në këtë vend, kur fola publikisht kundër tij e kërkova lirimin e të burgosurve politikë bashkë me Ardian Klosin, teksa të tjerët, me Hienën Nongrata në krye nuk bëzanin për shokun Enver dhe i quanin të burgosurit politikë “llumi i shoqërisë”.
