Chief Democrat Sali Berisha has spoken about Greece blocking Albania's negotiations with the EU.

Regarding the elected mayor of Himara, former prime minister Berisha said that Fredi Beleri should be allowed to take the oath, adding that if he is found guilty, his mandate should be removed.
