The "Xibraka" file, Gazment Bardhi testifies today in SPAK

The head of the DP parliamentary group Gazmend Bardhi just appeared at the Special Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office.

Bardhi has a summons at 10:00 a.m. to give explanations regarding the report he filed against Olsi Rama, the brother of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

Bardhi claims that Ols Rama was part of the criminal group, who were caught in Xibraka with a large amount of cocaine.

Bardhi has been summoned by the prosecutor Alfred Shehu, while he will be interrogated by the officer of the National Bureau of Investigation.

For this issue, Olsi Rama has filed two lawsuits in SPAK, where he accuses Gazmend Bardhi of "false accusation".

The re-indictment of Ols Rama came after the decision of the prosecutor Elvin Gokaj not to register the proceedings, on the grounds that there was no report as Rama claimed from Gazmend Bardhin.

Meanwhile, a few days later it was learned that SPAK had opened a different number of criminal proceedings for the laboratory in Xibrakë, following Bardhi's request, notifying the latter and calling him to give statements to SPAK as a person with knowledge .

After the opening, Ols Rama filed another complaint against Bardhi for defamation.
