The Supreme Court has overturned Jamarbër Malltez's appeal for the "house arrest" security measure, decided by the judge of Special Appeal Iliriana Olldashi on November 21, 2023.

Malltezi was arrested and placed under the security measure "house arrest" by the judge of the first instance Irena Gjoka in October, in connection with the investigations into the privatization of the former sports club "Partizani".

Malltez's request for the termination of the security measure was rejected not only by the Supreme Court, but earlier by the Special Appeal and the GJKKO.
