President Bajram Begaj has decreed Edi Rama as prime minister of the new government emerging from the May 11 elections.

In the decree signed by Begaj, an interesting detail stands out, as Article 2 states: " The Prime Minister also exercises responsibility for the establishment and functioning of the Minister of Artificial Intelligence, Diella ."

After being appointed as prime minister, Rama must either return to the Presidency in person or send the decrees of the new ministers by mail.

Upon receiving these decrees, the president will take his time to verify the cleanliness of the proposed ministers.

After verifying the figure, the decrees must be signed by Begaj and, if there are no objections, they are sent to Parliament.

Next week, the new government cabinet will be voted on, who will then go to the Presidency and take the oath of office in accordance with the Constitution.
