PD MP Greta Bardeli Gjoni has denounced through a post on Facebook that the opening of the third cycle of studies at Luigj Gurakuqi University, which is a doctoral program for Economics and Sustainable Business, is at risk.

According to the MP, the project is financed by EU funds and someone must be held responsible for its non-implementation within the specified deadlines.

As a member of parliament from Shkodra, I express my deep concern about the latest situation at the University of Shkodra. In this case, students, academic staff as well as the public opinion have the right to know directly from those responsible:

What are the reasons that "Luigj Gurakuqi" University risks opening the third cycle of studies (doctoral program), "Economics and sustainable tourism" in the Faculty of Economics, won two years ago in an Erasmus + MARDS project?

Who will be held responsible for its non-implementation within the deadlines required by the project that is financed by EU funds?

If the situation is not resolved as soon as possible, the penalty for the University will be a heavy stain for Shkodra!
