According to Berisha, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, whom I call "little Putin", could not accept the presence of the Kosovo flag, and for this reason he says that Edi Rama decided to hold the summit without any flag.

Dear friends, it is a misfortune for the country to have a representative like Edi Rama.
