Berisha asked for the dismissal of the judge, GJKKO rejects the request

GJKKO rejected Sali Berisha's request for the dismissal of judge Irena Gjoka, claiming that there is a conflict of interest after dismissing her from office years ago.

"This request was passed to the willing judge for review, who at the end of the trial decided to dismiss the request", reports BalkanWeb. 

Meanwhile, today, GJKKO will examine the request of SPAK, for the toughening of the measure against Berisha, from 'obligation to appear', to 'house arrest'.
