Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has declared that there will be another protest against the government next month. Invited to "Syri TV", Berisha said that Prime Minister Rama has committed so many crimes that he should be punished for 120 years.
Berisha : Edi Rama has committed so many crimes that I know he should be punished for maybe another 120 years. Can't let go. But gradually we have to prove it to the people with protests and in other ways. He has taken the Parliament hostage. He uses offensive language in the pulpit against the opposition. We return it with the same language, but we cannot do it. To give an answer in Parliament, we can all do it. There will be protests again in December.
Meanwhile, when asked what he will do in front of Prime Minister Edi Rama who is stealing votes for the upcoming local elections, Berisha said that he is aware of this, but he cannot take steps if it is not based on facts.
Berisha: I could be wrong. But in front of me is Edi Rama, he represents every thug. I will deal with it. I succeeded once, in 2001, with international procedures. This time it will succeed with national laws. I am focused on Edi Rama. Why do I deal with this? The structure will deal with Edi Rama first. We have a mission as PD, for Albanians to vote freely. People cannot raise their heads as long as evil is upon them.
Question : While you speak, Edi Rama is on the ground buying votes. What will you do?
Berisha : I know many things. I'm following them. It is a critical moment for the country. But we don't take any unreasonable steps at the moment. There is no justice system here.
