During a meeting with democratic women in Tirana, Lulzim Basha once again attacked the PD-SP agreement in 2008 for amending the Constitution and emphasized that the May 14 elections show that the Rama-Berisha-Meta trio is a minority.

"The truth is that the Rama-Berisha constitutional pact of 2008 is the grave of democracy. The majoritarian system with proportional redress multiplied the problems. "They have understood that they neither scare me nor stop me. They have it with people, they don't want to demonize a person but the interest in the debate on you. Their monstrous lies make me laugh. I can't wait for the day when we will no longer talk about their games, but we will talk about the citizens, about their problems and change", said Basha, among other things.
