Sali Berisha, in a media conference, this Monday, published a video where he claimed to be a fact of the electoral fraud that happened in Elbasan, as he calls it.

"In the series of electoral farce, I have brought here before you video documents, which undeniably prove the electoral fraud that happened in Elbasan, the role of open electoral criminals of the socialist operators, their complete control over the vote of the citizens , their voting for citizens, voting forms outside of all legal and constitutional standards of the country and internationally. What the cameras in Elbasan show is the ugly image of these elections," said Berisha.

Further, he invited the Albanians to civil disobedience to the government. " I invite Albanians to follow these facts and documents of vital importance, to make the decision, perhaps the most important of their lives, to face civil disobedience with this regime that does not allow us to vote, that controls the vote, manipulates the vote ours and is capable of violating any law, any decision, in order to rob the undeserved mandates ", said Berisha.
