PROPOSAL/ Bella invites Zegjine to go to the distinguished women's hotel in Pojska instead of her

TIRANA /POGRADEC /ROSKOTEC – “ I don't know how to tell that chick. She's my star, my star!” This is the expression that Zegjinja tells all her acquaintances since she came to Tirana, when they ask her about Bella Balluka.

The emotions have not yet subsided when she remembers how Bella selected her among the competitors in the Talent Show that the Socialist Party held in Roskotec, and told her, "You will come to Tirana ." Zegjinja had prepared a dramatic piece titled "O Gazooo!" with which she brought the jury members to tears.

They looked at each other, shook their heads in amazement, and gestured to the head of the jury, Bella: " Take it! This will honor you there in Tirana!"

Even when things got complicated along the way, and Zegjineja risked not going to the capital because of other competitors, Bella vetoed: "The others resign, so that I don't have to resign! I want Zegjineja, period! We can't leave talents on the streets because they have no friends! We are the party of the poor!"

So the talent from Roskotec not only came to Tirana, but Bella enrolled him in literacy, embroidery, and parliamentary ethics courses. The latter consisted mainly of choosing the right jacket size, after Bella had noticed that Zegjinja wore jackets three sizes too big.

But Bella's support for the young talent didn't end there. She encouraged him to occasionally perform the part "O Gazooo!" in parliament, and told Gjati: " Do you see what a performance? What a timbre, what a body language, what a naturalness!"

The Tall One agreed. "Not bad, not bad! If she knew and read, it would be ideal! " But Bella reassured her: "It's okay, she's young. She'll learn."

Zegjineja didn't know how to be happy that she had found such a generous and loving mentor. She was afraid that this kindness and love would eventually run out.

But no! The most recent case was a few days ago, when Bella took her aside and said: " Look, dear, how is it! As a prominent career woman, I have been invited to go on a long vacation to a magnificent hotel that has just been built. It is located in Pojska, Pogradec, it is called the Women's Hotel, it has unprecedented conditions. On the edge of the lake, with a view of the water, what can I say. All paid for. But what do you want, I don't have time for work. Will you go to my place? It would be a shame to waste all this gift!"

Zegjineja was touched. "What have you done for me, and yet you spoil me! I don't know if I'll ever get it back," and she burst into tears.

"Don't worry, my boy, you deserve it! We women have to look out for each other. You just need to sign some paperwork before you leave," Bella reassured him.

Next, he handed her some documents where Zegjinja recognized some strange numbers and words here and there, like Lot 2, Lot 3, Tuneli, Unaza, but she didn't understand anything else. Bella explained that they were hotel documents. "They're called camp sheets, show these and you don't have to pay," she told him.

The young talent signed as they had taught him in literacy class. Bella waited until he was finished, breathed a sigh of relief, and muttered, "That's gone too."

As he left, he said to Zegjine: " And look! When you go to the Women's Hotel, you don't need to tell them that I brought you. I came myself, just say so! There you can sing to Gazi all day and all night."
