Hollywood star Will Smith has described the Koran as "crystal clear", saying the Muslim holy book is difficult to misunderstand.
“I liked the simplicity; The Quran is so clear; it is crystal clear. It's hard to get it wrong," Smith said, adding that he read the Koran last Ramadan.
"His breath was so beautiful and clear," he added during a podcast with MBC.
Smith, who said he has read the holy books of two other Abrahamic faiths, Judaism and Christianity, added that he was surprised at how interconnected the three scriptures, the Koran, the Torah and the Bible, were.
"I was amazed how it is like the same story, from the Torah through the Bible and in the Koran. I never quite understood Abraham as a father and then the separation with Isaac and Ishmael, and it was nice to learn the conclusion of that understanding," Smith said.
The famous actor, who is on a visit to Saudi Arabia, also expressed his "love" for the Middle Eastern country.
