Prince Harry's strong statement: William physically attacked me because of

Prince Harry claims he was physically assaulted by his brother William during a row over his marriage to Meghan Markle. The Guardian has obtained a copy of Spare - the Duke of Sussex's much-anticipated book - days before it goes on sale.

In one part of the book, it is claimed that William tackled his brother to the floor. Harry continues to claim that William called the American actress, with whom he already has two children, as "difficult", "rude" and "cruel".

"Everything happened so fast. Very soon. He grabbed me by the collar and knocked me to the floor," Harry is said to have written in the book. "I lay there for a moment, dazed, then stood up and told him to get out," his book continues.

The incident allegedly happened at Nottingham Cottage in 2019 when Harry was living there and started when William arrived and complained about Meghan.
