Those who believe that talking alone is a symptom of insanity are wrong, because studies and research confirm that this is a characteristic of intelligent people.

Who hasn't ever thought out loud? In reality, for some people it is a habit and if it was once believed to be a sign of madness, today science denies it and instead claims that it is synonymous with genius.

In a study published in the Taylor & Francis Online Journal of Psychological Experiments, Dr. Daniel Swigley and Dr. Gary Lupya claims that talking alone makes the brain more efficient. Speaking alone helps to know and understand the world, stimulates memory and learning.

In an experiment, psychologists Swigley and Lupya have shown how repeating words out loud increases concentration and concepts are better memorized. This is how intelligence and self-esteem are gained!

Moreover, they argue that expressing problems to oneself relieves anxiety, helps reduce difficulties in understanding what is important and what is not, and allows solutions to be found. When you are in doubt, of course, it is good to listen to yourself because as you talk to yourself you will be able to find the most efficient solution you need.
