The Speaker of the Kosovo Assembly, Albulena Haxhiu, said that the opposition has no motive to miss the extraordinary session for the president. Asking them again to participate, she postponed the session to 2:00 p.m.

"I invite the opposition again to come to the session on the election of the president and to give them the opportunity to be present at this session, we will continue this session at 2:00 PM," said Haxhiu.

The Speaker of the Assembly said that 2/3 of the deputies must be present, except for those who have requested permission, for which she read only one request. She said that the 120 deputies “must feel the constitutional obligation.”
