The Vetëvendosje Movement has closed its electoral campaign for Sunday's elections in Kosovo, with a large meeting in Pristina, where thousands of citizens gathered in support of Albin Kurti and his party.
Prime Minister Kurti called on citizens not to let his government fall below 500,000 votes and designated February 9 as the day of the popular referendum.
"I remind you and I beg you, do not leave us below 500 thousand votes. We need 500 thousand votes. I did not ask you before, I will not ask you later, but do not leave us below 500 thousand votes. We want 500 thousand hearts, do not leave us alone, so that there are 500 thousand votes when the boxes are opened on Sunday evening," Kurti appealed.
Parliamentary elections in Kosovo will be held on Sunday, February 9, where 2,075,868 citizens inside and outside the country have the right to vote.
The process, organized by the Central Election Commission, will take place in 38 municipalities and 941 voting centers, of which 38 will be dedicated to conditional voting.
