The US offers Ukraine the largest military package worth 2.8 billion euros

The United States has again decided to provide large military aid to Ukraine. According to the Pentagon, this package is worth 2.8 billion euros.

The US will offer another package of military aid to Ukraine.

The Ministry of Defense in Washington states that this package is worth 2.8 billion dollars. Added to this are $2.85 billion worth of weapons from the stockpiles of the US armed forces.

This is the largest single military pack of its kind. According to Washington, 50 Braedly type defensive tanks will be offered, which are also equipped with anti-tank missiles.

This package also includes the delivery of 100 armored military vehicles and mine-resistant vehicles, as well as 138 Humvee all-terrain vehicles.

The US is considered Ukraine's most powerful ally in the defensive war after Russian aggression. With the new package, the U.S. has offered or pledged $24.9 billion in military aid to Ukraine under President Biden, $24.2 billion since the war began in February. The American government announced the delivery of defense tanks on Thursday after a phone call between President Biden and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz. The German government has meanwhile confirmed the delivery of Marder defense tanks and missile defense systems to Ukraine.
