The Secretary General of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, called the President of Serbia, Aleksandër Vučić, after the tensions in the north of Kosovo after the decision to establish reciprocity.
The news was announced by Stoltenberg himself through a post on Twitter where he states that the parties should engage in a constructive way in the dialogue mediated by the EU and resolve the differences through diplomacy.
A further adds that NATO is ready to intervene if stability is threatened.
"I spoke with the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, about the tensions in the north of Kosovo. All parties should engage constructively in the dialogue mediated by the EU and resolve differences through diplomacy.
KFOR stands ready to intervene if stability is endangered, based on the UN mandate," writes Stoltenberg.
