The horrific incident happened as thousands of fans filled the city's streets to celebrate Arne Slott's team winning the Premier League title.
"Police were called shortly after 6:00 p.m. to reports that a car had struck several pedestrians on Water Street," authorities said.
The car was stopped at the scene and a man has been arrested. Emergency services are at the scene and are providing first aid to the injured.
An eyewitness, who was in a friend's living room watching the parade from above, expressed shock. "The noise was very loud. People were screaming and desperately asking for help," he described, speaking to Sky News.
