At least six people were taken to hospital with serious stab wounds after an attack at a train station in Paris on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, the images showing the terrible event have been published. The man, who claims to be Mohamed Amine, knocks a man to the ground at the Gare du Nord, before stabbing him repeatedly.

He then stabbed 5 more innocent people before being gunned down by an off-duty police officer. He was then taken to the hospital where he is in serious condition after receiving two bullets in the chest.

Meanwhile, the prosecutor Laure Beccuau said that the author has not yet been interrogated, as he is in a serious state of health.
