Russian President Vladimir Putin has lashed out at the minister, who was talking about the supply of military and civilian aircraft during a video conference.
Putin was so angry with Deputy Prime Minister, one time Minister of Trade Denis Madurov that he turned to him saying "why are you acting like a fool".
After Putin heard Madurov say "we have contracts" on this issue, he "exploded" and scolded his minister.
" There are no contracts. What are you telling me? I know there are no contracts in the company, the managers told me. Why are you acting like a fool?" Putin is heard saying, clearly irritated, who in fact ironically told him "should we end the meeting now? ".
According to the Daily Mail, a furious Putin has given his minister a one-month "ultimatum" to clarify the situation that has led to a shortage of military planes and planes for civilian airlines hit by Western sanctions over the war in Ukraine.
