Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has appealed to citizens who did not vote this Sunday.

He emphasizes that the two hours remaining are crucial for the next four years in Kosovo.

Kurti's full message:

Dear citizens of Kosovo,

Today is the D-day of democracy. Those who have not yet gone out to vote, go now as soon as possible. Ask all your relatives and friends if they have voted and pass on my message to them to go vote immediately if they have not. The next two hours, until 19:00, are decisive for even more than the next four years!
