A Serb woman was detained for taking a picture of her ballot at a polling station in center 2091 in Zvecan, northern Kosovo.

After the incident was reported by a member of the polling station commission, she was taken to the police station, even though she said she had deleted the photo.

Overall, the elections are proceeding peacefully, with minor incidents.

CEC spokesperson Valmir Elezi published the voter turnout figures as of 3:00 p.m. When data for 91.31 polling stations arrived, the turnout as of 3:00 p.m. was 28.2%.

Compared to the 2021 elections, turnout was lower by 3:00 p.m. Four years ago, it was over 32% by this time.

84 thousand have chosen to vote by mail. 50,246 votes have arrived by mail so far. Their verification has begun, while 15 thousand citizens have exercised their right to vote at diplomatic missions.
