The Government of Kosovo has thought of a creative initiative for all disobedient drivers. 

Along the "Ibrahim Rugova" highway from Kukësi to Pristina, signs have been placed to sensitize drivers to avoid accidents, using finesse and humor. By means of different expressions, the drivers are called to reduce the speed, or to put on the safety belt.

"Relax o Ragip, fasten your belt"; "Relax Mahmut, don't rush", "Relax O Arbëresh, don't worry", "Relax Hana, nana is waiting for you"; "Relax o Baton le at' phone", some of them say.
