"This is not my father", he robbed the car with two children inside,
Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith, 37, was arrested by police in Hillsborough, Carolina after stealing a car with two children, ages 4 and 8, inside.

The police was notified by the children's father, and only a few minutes later they managed to arrest the perpetrator.

The officer's body camera captured the entire moment of Kevin Smith's arrest. He obeyed the police order to stop, but refused to admit that he was the thief.

The operatives seem determined to get him out of the vehicle, while they become more convincing when one of the children says: This is not my father.

The 37-year-old asked the officer not to punch him and that's what happened. As soon as he got out of the vehicle, he was handcuffed, while fortunately the two children were in good condition. Kevin Smith is now charged with one count of vehicle theft and two counts of kidnapping.
