Syria's acting president,  Ahmed Hussein Al Saraa, appears to have arrived at a small and flexible format to "manage" the hot and key fronts in the country.

Although Al-Sharaa, which aims to provide immediate assistance to citizens and begin rebuilding the country's infrastructure, has reached 14 ministries and has also found the people who will be senior officials.

In addition to the incumbent Prime Minister, Mohamed Al Bashir, who has already assumed his duties just hours after the fall of the Assad regime, Assad Hassan al Shaibani should also be considered as a candidate for the post of Foreign Minister.

Al Shaibani is the man who managed to schedule a series of crucial meetings between HTS and foreign partners in just a few days.

A very good speaker of English and French, al-Shaibani is the man who brought the American delegation to Damascus and in extreme secrecy one of the most important meetings took place.

Al-Shaibani, like al-Sharaa, has very close contacts with Turkey and according to sources from Syria, he is also the man who insisted on Ibrahim Kalin's public appearance on December 12 at the Great Mosque of Damascus.

A critical position, given the circumstances, is that of the Minister of Defense, who appears to have been "captured" by Marhaf Abu Kasra.

Abu Kasra is one of the most prominent commanders of HTS forces and is also considered one of the initiators of the plan by which in just 11 days HTS forces surrounded critical Syrian cities and brought Bashar Al-Assad into frozen exile in Moscow.

Kasra is also considered acceptable by HTS forces, while there is respect for his abilities by officers of the Syrian National Army, which has not yet laid down its arms and maintains a wait-and-see attitude in the northeast of the country.

The position of finance minister will be held by Bassel Abdul Aziz, the man to whom al-Sharaa owes Idlib's small financial "miracle."

Aziz is the man who, with good management and concrete moves, managed to generate $15 million in the coffers of HTS, which controlled one of the poorest provinces in Syria.

Aziz's task is much more difficult today as he will have to manage to gather resources for the entire country, but also control a system for which he still does not have a complete picture.
