President Vladimir Putin's health problems have become a mystery to the whole world as he often gives strange signs in public appearances that make you think about his health.

In the latest video, Putin appears to be unable to control his hand during a meeting with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko in the Kremlin. In order to get out of the situation, Putin has placed his hand on his chest to stop moving it.

A few days ago, another recently released video showed Putin biting his lip and distracting them at a church service on Easter Sunday.
