New details have been revealed from the serious incident that happened a week ago in Podujevë, where 18-year-old Lulzim Fejzullahu died after being beaten by two minors.

It has been learned that the 16 and 17-year-old objected to the request for detention on the charge of "Murder", during the hearing held on January 15, 2024 at the Basic Court in Pristina.

Both of their lawyers have opposed the given measure on the grounds that all the legal prerequisites for the assignment of this measure are missing.

He then claimed that the victim took out the knife and he was forced to hit him on the head with a stick.
