SPAK seized 23 properties/ Who is Anton Gjinaj the 'concrete emperor'

23 properties have been seized by SPAK owned by businessman Antin Gjinaj, (Pashuk Gjinaj), who was sentenced in Spain in 2010 to 8 years and 9 months in prison for drug trafficking.

SPAK says that from the analysis of the facts and the administered documentation regarding the assets of the citizen Anton (Pashuk) GJINAJ (Gjini) and his family members, it results that they have an unjustified economic level and it is suspected that these immovable or movable assets, to have earned them as a result of his criminal activity that he has developed in Albania and Spain.

Anton Gjinaj rezulton të jetë pronar i kompanisë “Alesio-2014”, në aktivitetin e së cilës janë një numër i konsiderueshëm biznesesh që operojnë jo vetëm në Tiranë, por edhe në Durrës, Kavajë e më gjerë.

Kompania “Alesio” është regjistruar në Qendrën Kombëtare të Biznesit në maj 2014. Deri në vitin 2018, ajo nuk ka qenë shumë aktive në tregun e ndërtimit në Shqipëri.

Por më pas, kompania e Anton Gjinaj mori një hov të menjëhershëm, duke u shndërruar në një prej kompanive kryesore, sa u takon ndërtimeve shumëkatëshe në Tiranë.

Referuar të dhënave të Thesarit të Shtetit, kompania “Alesio 2014” ka përfituar, vetëm në periudhën 2019-2020, pagesa publike në vlerë 980 milionë lekë të vjetra.
