The email that set in motion the Authority for Information on Security Files contains within itself several puzzles that can also serve to illuminate other issues related to State Security files. 

The email arrived at the moment when Ilir Meta symbolically handed over his duties at the Brigades palace and Bajram Begaj entered the president's office. 

The email, which has an IP from Washington, was addressed to the Dossier Authority, the US embassy in Tirana, the EU embassy, ​​and the German, Italian and British embassies. 
 
But what does the enamel contain? 

The email appears to have been drafted by someone who previously had access to the files of the State Security and was informed of the efforts to destroy Ilir Meta's file, accusing Sali Berisha of this, whom the email says has disappeared and the file of his wife with the blessing of Ramiz Ali.

A diplomatic source who has read the email told Tema newspaper that the email said that "with the help of Sali Ram Berisha (who disappeared with the blessing of Ramiz Ali, the file of his Serbian wife) the infiltrated Decembrist Ilir Meta disappeared his file".

 But on the second page of the letter, the author writes that "yes, a mysterious hand has saved from the burning of the file what is needed to forever unmask this shame of Albania".  

This indication was initially paranoid and funny, but when yesterday the Authority confirmed the existence of the file, everything leaves room for reflection. 

The email was actually an attack on Genta Sula, the Director of the Authority, putting her under pressure that Ilir Meta was appointed to that institution. In fact, Sula was elected by broad consensus in the Assembly, and this has nothing to do with her friendship with the Meta family. Speculating on this fact, Emal puts him under pressure to either open Ilir Meta's file or the whistleblower will make the file public. 

In fact, the Authority has acted quickly and competently by discovering the traces of Ilir Meta's file in the file of his victim, who is described by name in the email. The authority professionally ascertained that Ilir Meta fulfills the conditions and standards set for a person to be called "Associate of the State Security" and there is a need to correct the certificate of purity, for which there are legal obstacles, so they addressed the Assembly. 
 
The truth about the file of Sali Berisha's wife 
 
The email also gives an indication that the wife of Sali Berisha, of Serbian origin, was an employee of the State Security, but the file disappeared as early as 1991. It is not clear whether it is Sali Berisha's wife, Liri Berisha, or her mother. Milica Rama, who was a Serb from Belgrade, married in Tirana to Lirisa's father. 

For the first one, there is evidence that she was recruited by the Security and that the Security officer who was related to her was killed in unclear circumstances in the 90s. 
If it is also about Liri Berisha, then this case requires an in-depth investigation. And this is an issue that can reveal many bitter truths in the history of thirty years, where Sali Berisha has held hostage the entire class of former security guards, being their hostage and their great confidant. 
 
High Profile of the Board of Authorities for Information on Insurance Files 
 
The decision of the Authority for information on the Security files is a high professional act that proves their high profile in the face of a situation that includes many human and political stories. The board unanimously decided on the finding that Ilir Meta is an associate of the State Security. He also tested it in indirect ways of investigation that are part of their protocol. 

This has prompted a funny reaction of Ilir Meta to his spokesperson who considers the members of the Board "patronazist", in the absence of an answer to their own past. 

This is an additional fact that proves the weight of Ilir Meta's guilt in this story. On the other hand, this story raises serious doubts about the safety of the Albanian state, since the head of the country has been a blackmailable man as prime minister, president of the parliament and president.  

The fact that the email went to Western embassies in Tirana creates the impression that the person in question may have been used by an unfriendly government of Albania, with anti-Western influences, which is also observed in the recent political course of Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta./ Topic
