Note : If we are to speak with the language and terms of Ilir Meta, who says that Tirana's incinerator is a crime scene, then the killers are on the central boulevard of Tirana, not in Sharre.

But, instead of protesting on the boulevard in front of the Prime Minister's Office, Ilir Meta invests a few kilometers further and the question arises: is the selection of the place really symbolic, or is there another reason?

The former President, who throughout August declared how the protests against the government would break out in September, seems to have considered the location of the protest more tactical than symbolic.

Without Berisha's open support in this protest (Berisha took his son-in-law and Klevis Balliu to Sharre), the leader of the Freedom Party was afraid of participating in a possible protest on the boulevard.

In Sharre, the low participation of citizens can be justified, even with the term 'symbolic protest'. Besides, Meta's failed rally could also be the cap that seals his dream of being the leader of the opposition.

He has shown his ambition openly and the efforts to lure the democrats have started since leaving the Presidency. The first step in this mission was the positioning of the new party built on the ruins of the LSI "neither left nor right".

"It is a patriotic party", said Meta, when asked by journalists if the Freedom Party would be left or right.

The temptation culminated with paying tributes on Tuesday at the place where Azem Hajdari was killed, and then the visit to the family home of the leader of the December movement.

As an "old wolf" in politics, Berisha could not have smelled Meta's ambition, which contradicts his personal ambition to return to power once again in the hope that the power will remove the stain with him. which the Americans have branded.

For this purpose, Sali Berisha sent the son-in-law of the family, Jamarber Malltezi and Klevis Balli, two peripheral figures of the Democratic Party, to the Meta protest. The message was clear. For Berisha, Ilir Meta is a peripheral figure of the opposition, who cannot be a leader. The point is, did Ilir Meta receive this message, didn't he?
