The State Police will offer paid services against private individuals. This is the decision approved by the Council of Ministers, with the proposal of the Minister of the Interior. The decision determines that the State Police offers additional services against payment to legal and physical persons, public or private, based on their request, for support in the development of cultural, national and international activities, such as: fairs, exhibitions, theaters, concerts, performances, various festivals, in open and closed public environments, as well as during the development of national and international sports activities, in cases where the organizers of these activities are not provided with a security certificate from the State Police.;

Likewise, the State Police can offer services for a fee by providing the use of the official uniform, weapons with maneuver cartridges, other equipment, registered police vehicles and premises, in the field of cinematography, during the development of film shoots.

Another service is for the escort of vehicles transporting dangerous goods, storage and temporary insurance for a period of up to 3 (three) months to public legal entities of strategic importance, whose activity is assessed as being at risk, as well as to persons private legal entities that have benefited from the status "Strategic investment/investor, special procedure", according to law no. 55/2015, "On strategic investments in the Republic of Albania", as amended.

"Legal and physical entities, public or private, that need additional police services, submit a substantiated request online through the unique government portal "e-albania", no later than three days before the date of the requested service. After the assessment of the request, within 48 (forty-eight) hours, the subject receives an online response via the unique government portal "e-Albania" for the approval or rejection of the request and the service provision contract is sent, which is signed by the holder of the spending unit, which provides the service" are defined in the decision.

The income, which is realized from the performance of the additional services defined in this decision, is used to the extent of 90% by the General Directorate of the State Police and is treated as income beyond the limit in order to use it to cover the expenses incurred for the provision of the service, according to this decision, and 10% is poured into the state budget. This income cannot be used for reward under any circumstances.
