Note : Almost a year after Sali Berisha started the earthquake at the base of the Democratic Party that culminated in the deep defeat of the official DP in the partial local elections of March 6 and the resignation of Lulzim Basha, the latter appears more smiling than ever in the courtyard of the Assembly.

The former head of the DP, who is officially said to have left and is unofficially accused by Berisha's supporters of being behind the resistance of Enkelejd Alibeaj in the democratic parliamentary group in the Assembly, appeared smiling at the first entrance to the Assembly for this parliamentary session.

Basha entered the building alone, where before going up the stairs he greeted the journalists present to follow the resumption of the work of the Assembly. He did not speak in front of the media, but the strong smile he gave, which hid the portrait of a politician who was ungratefully ousted from the leadership of the opposition, stood out.

Basha's smile at this time when he appears in the party only as its simple deputy raises some mysteries in the air. First, where does all this joy come from? Is Lulzim Basha aware of any decision of the Tirana court, which would give him the party again, at least its seal and emblem, because for the base it is another topic?

Or is Lulzim Basha enjoying at a distance and away from all the officials who kept Rama's fight with Berisha, but especially with Meta? With both of them, that is, both Berisha and Meta, Basha still has open accounts. Berisha intends to finally remove Meta, for whom in 2017, Lulzim Basha declared that he was in charge of a 'SHPK', implying that he blames LSI for the seizure of oppositionism by Edi Rama.

Basha's happiness can also stem from the legal initiatives pushed by the socialists in the Assembly, the one for opening files and the one for decriminalization. With both, the aim is to leave Ilir Metë out of the Assembly and out of every state office where citizens are appointed and elected, but attempts to do the same with Sali Berisha are also not excluded.
