For at least two weeks, the mystery surrounding the disappearance of Ervis Martinaj, the character considered the "King of Games of Chance", who is thought to have reached a fortune of almost 600 million euros from legal and illegal activities, has been going on.

Journalists speak with conviction that they saw a video when he was captured by his opponents, while he even offered them 50 million euros to release him. Artan Hoxha in that video showed that Martinaj was tortured, while until now there is no official response from either the police or the prosecution as to what really happened to Martinaj.

Some of the experts of the world of crime said that Ervis Martinaj did not follow the rules of the mafia world. He was more exposed than he should be, he always wanted to be in the center of attention and in the most luxurious places in Albania.

What are the mistakes with the codes and rules of the mafia that brought about the disappearance of Vis Martinaj?

The disappearance of Martinaj has turned into a great mystery, while it seems that the key to this whole story is the operative of the Operational Forces Jeton Lami, who has not yet been unraveled giving truncated details about Martinaj's movements in the first days of August, after which there is no trace of him afterwards.

The prosecution is investigating in two lines regarding this fact: The first line is related to the discovery by the opponents after being betrayed by his men and the possibility of killing Martinaj by them, while the second line is related to his self-disappearance to save the police, but also the opponents, who had recently come very close to him.

We remember that just a few weeks ago, at the overpass near Fushë Kruja, three people were executed, people from Ervis Martinaj's circle, where one of them was the son of his uncle, Brilanti. In both of these tracks, the prosecution suspects that Lam is not telling everything he knows. In fact, there are doubts that in any case, this operative of the Operational Forces is aware both in the possible case of Martinaj's capture by the opponents and if he has disappeared himself.

Në fillim të gushtit ishte xhaxhai i tij dhe nëna që shkuan në komisariatin e Policisë së Kurbinit duke kërkuar nga policia t’i gjenin të afërmin pasi sipas tyre nuk kishin patur kontakt prej disa ditësh. Vrasjet e bujshme

Emri i Ervis Martinajt do të përflitej për herë të parë publikisht pas vrasjes së Elvis Doçit në vitin 2013 në zonën e Komunës së Parisit në Tiranë. Gjithçka  ndodhi pas operacionit “Fundi i Marrëzisë” ku në vitin 2013 u vendos bllokimi i lojërave të fatit. Prokuroria dyshoi atëhere se vrasja e ndodhur pak javë më pas në zonën e Komunës së Parisit kishte lidhje me këtë operacion dhe një ndër të dyshuarit ishte pikërisht Martinaj.

“Stacioni” tjetër i bujshëm i Martinajt ishte edhe vrasja e Enton Nikës në Linzë në tetor të vitit 2015. Martinaj ishte i shoqëruar nga Mirsad Kuçana, Emiljano Tasho dhe Bujar Hasani. Pas një debat verbal dhe grushteve, personat që shoqëronin Martinajn qëllojnë ndaj Nikës duke e lënë të vdekur në vend.

Ngjarja tjetër e bujshme ishte masakra e tetorit 2018 në ish-Bllok ku Martinaj u plagos në qafë, ndërkohë që mbeti i vrarë një prej personave që e shoqëronin atë, Fabian Gaccaj. Gjithçka ndodhi pas një sherri me Ervin Matën ku i pranishëm ishte edhe ish-ushtari i Forcave Speciale BOS, Merviol Billo. Ky i fundit është ende në arrati. Që prej kësaj periudhe, Ervis Martinajt i janë vrarë një numër i madh personazhesh që njiheshin si “njerëzit e tij”.

Kush është “Mbreti” tani?

Artan Hoxha tha se përballë Ervis Martinajt janë organizuar disa grupe kriminale, të cilat kanë patur një qëllim të vetëm: Largimin e tij nga “loja” pasi ishte kthyer në një personazh që kishte prishur balancat e marrëdhënieve mes krimit, politikës dhe botës së biznesit.

Hoxha paralajmëroi gjatë intervistës në ABC se grupi në fjalë, i cili ka financa tepër të shëndosha si edhe një grup të armatosur profesionistësh janë ata që do të mbretërojnë gjatë dekadës së ardhshme në fushën e krimit të organizuar.

Sipas tij, ky grup është një “përbindësh” që u krijuar për të hequr qafe Martinajn, ndërkohë që tashmë do të kthehen në një rrezik të madh për vendin pasi kanë gjithçka që iu duhet për të qenë të paprekshëm, qoftë edhe mbështetjen politike, raporton abcnews.al.

Kush e donte të vdekur Ervis Martinajn?

Mësohet se një ndër ndërhyrjet më të forta të Martinajt në këtë trekëndësh ka qenë momenti kur u tentua monopolizimi i tregut ta basteve në Shqipëri, pak vite pas operacionit “Fundi i Marrëzisë” që e goditi rëndë atë në fund të vitit 2013.

Bëhet fjalë sipas Hoxhës për kompaninë “Bast Arena”, në të cilin tentuan të futeshin në lojë një politikan i njohur, i shpallur madje “non grata” nga SHBA-të; një biznesmen i fuqishëm si edhe një i afërmi i një politikani tepër të rendësishëm në vend. Hoxha u shpreh se me ta mësuar këtë, Martianaj kishte kontaktuar me të tre duke iu thënë se duhej të hiqnin dorë nga kjo tentativë për ta nxjerrë atë tërësisht nga loja. “Bast Arena” u mbyll pak muaj më pas sipas Hoxhës.

Largimi nga skena i Ervis Martinajt mund të çojë në një rigjallërim të tentativave për të monopolizuar tregun e basteve në Shqipëri përmes dhënies së ndonjë licence kombëtare.
