Being a leader in Authorities dealing with the AKU, ARRSH, AKUK and ADFH  is a luxury; " you come without underwear and leave in a suit ."

Such is the case that came to the VoxNews editorial office from an inspector of the Washing Water Task Force, under AKUK.

The inspector, who requested to remain anonymous, has filed charges against Arnold Pashollari , who has been appointed to the position of General Director of the Task Force at AKUK ( Albania's National Water and Sewerage Agency) .

Previously, Pashollari held the position of director of AKU in Fier, director of IMTV in Lushnje, etc.

According to the AKUK inspector, Pashollari constantly pressures and threatens them with their jobs. The AKUK director has taken away the inspectors' allowances and does not provide the institution's vehicles for inspections.

The inspector has made serious accusations against Pashollari, where according to her, during inspections, group leaders are asked to give businesses the director's number, in order for him to "resolve" issues after working hours.

The denunciation of the Task Force inspector under AKUK for VoxNews:

I am an inspector of the Task Force of washing waters, under AKUK, with the newly appointed director Mr. Arnold Pashollari. For two months we have been under constant pressure and threats to our jobs. Even when we have been out in the field, we have been asked to return our per diems to the director's office.

About 10 employees were fired last week with a single stroke of the pen, without any warning, simply because they did not obey these machinations that this superior is using.

Also, during the last three weeks, even when we went for inspections, the institution's cars were marked in the work order, but in reality we moved with our personal cars towards the Lezhë-Shkodër regions. After we arrived in the cities, we parked our cars and continued moving with the cars of the regional water supply companies. Apparently, the director is so greedy that he is also profiting from the car's oil.

During inspections, group leaders are asked to give businesses the director's number, so that he can "solve" issues after working hours. This is also evident from the work performance: throughout this period, many inspections have been carried out, but no administrative measures have been imposed, as the issues have been "solved" in a dubious manner.

Pashollari ishte emëruar, Drejtor Rajonal i AKU-së Fier, në nëntor të vitit 2023, ku sipas medias alert i ka shërbyer më së miri vetes e familjes së tij. Arnold Pashollari, duket i stërvitur nga një detyrë e mëhershme e mbajtur deri në vitin 2021.

Konkretisht sipas CV-së së tij, Specialist i Masave Shtrërnguese në UK Lushnjë. Problematikat e shfaqura nga ky drejtor nisin me subjektet në Qakun Fier, ku ankesat ndaj tij kanë qenë të shumta.

E madje, edhe nga stafet e tij.

Shkeljet nisën kur menjëherë pas emërimit, Pashollari mori në dorëzim makinën e AKU me targa AA 457 VV, të zhveshur nga të gjitha logot e AKU, të cilat më herët ia kishte hequr ish-drejtori Eraldo Xhaja, të cilit dukej se nje makinë shteti, e loguar me prokurim publik e me paratë e taksapaguesve, do t’i prishte punë.

E ka të ngjarë, që në këtë këndvështrim mund ta ketë parë situatën edhe Arnold Pashollari, i cili e mori në dorëzim e madje pagoi edhe 12 gjoba të policisë që i kishte makina, të trashëguara nga paraardhësi.

Madje, “gojët e liga” thonë se kjo makinë shërben mbrëmjeve edhe për të shpërndarë pica nga piceria në Lushnjë, e cila është në emër të bashkëshortes së tij H.K, (zyrtarisht bashkëjetueses, sepse nuk kanë celebrim), me të cilën ka dhe një fëmijë.

Siç tregon dhe ky akt inspektimi i AKU në vitin 2023, në picërinë e tyre, ku përfaqësuesi që ka firmosur, Arnold Pashollari (asokohe nuk ishte drejtor i AKU), janë gjetur shkelje dhe lënë detyra.

Ndërkaq, nuk dihet nëse që nga nëntori i vitit 2023 e deri sot, nuk është inskeptuar më.

Për të mos folur më tej për emërime shoqërore, pa ndonjë konkurs apo meritë, por hiq njerëz e emëron njerëz.

Një prej rasteve është ish-kolegu dhe miku i tij me të cilin kanë punuar në Lushnjë, Sh.P, të cilin e ka emëruar specialist në Sektorin e Shërbimeve të Brendshme.

Pra përtej imazhit e perceptimit dhe shpesh herë edhe fakteve se, inspektorët bëhen të pasur, të jesh në krye të Drejtorive Rajonale të AKU nuk është e lehtë.

Duhet t’i kesh shërbyer mirë partive, udhëheqësve e mbi të gjitha, të jesh dallaverexhi, hajdut, të dish të abuzosh, të dish të mbledhësh lekë nga bizneset ushqimore e mbi të gjitha, nëse do jetëgjatësi, të dish t’i ndash ato që merr.

Por, ka dhe raste përjashtimore, që drejtuesi nuk merr dhe sigurisht nuk e ka jetën e gjatë aty. Ose aq më keq, kur i merr dhe nuk di t’i bëjë “share”.
