VoxNews has provided the photo of 28-year-old Irida Hasalla in the American hospital2,  moments after she underwent plastic surgery for fat removal.

Sources told VoxNews that the operation was performed at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, January 29, and he died a day later.

The brother said that Irida was fine after the operation, at one point she wanted to go to the bathroom and a nurse told her that she could go by herself. At the moment when he stood up, he fell and suffered a thrombosis.

"At 10:00 a.m. he wanted to go to the toilet, one of the nurses told him to go on his own. The moment he stood up, he collapsed, he had a thrombosis. Then he entered the operating room and was unconscious for 6 hours," says his brother.

VoxNews  has provided the death certificate, while it is expected that a preliminary autopsy will be performed as to why the young woman died. According to the death record, it is written that Irida Hasalla died of unknown causes.
