"Luiz's slippers, luxury lips"/ Massages that offer sex in Tirana, the police turn a blind eye!

Well-known screen people, officials and family members have been regular clients of massage centers in Tirana, where, according to the prosecution, sexual services were also offered against payment.

These massage centers are licensed as SPAs, but in addition to the massage, the masseurs offer extra services for a fee.

In Tirana, referring to police announcements or their actions, the use of girls for prostitution in so-called massage centers, but which are actually "forced sex" nurseries, is increasing.

Everywhere on social networks you see girls who advertise their charms as massage workers, but who actually offer paid sex.

To find these massage centers is quite easy, just a simple search on Instagram and Tik Tok and you see young girls showing their graces.

As it can be seen in the following photo, massage " Diva 1 " is located in the Astir area without going to the brewery district. The phone number and opening hours as a 'massage center' are posted on the Instagram page.

But what stands out is that there are very few massage videos on the site, most of them are videos of girls showing off their body lines to attract customers.

Të dhënat zyrtare tregojnë se 5109 biznese të emërtuara si “Floktore dhe trajtime të tjera të bukurisë”, “Aktivitete të tjera të mirëmbajtjes trupore”, janë të regjistruara në total në rang kombëtar.

Vetëm në trevjeçarin e fundit janë regjistruar 1135 biznese të reja të këtij lloji që kanë në fokus trajtimin e bukurisë, ku disa prej tyre të cilat nuk janë të saktësuara në terminologjinë ligjore si “Qendra mesazhi”.

330 biznese të tilla janë regjistruar më shumë se në vitin 2020, 433 në 2021-in dhe 372 në vetëm gjashtë mujorin e parë të vitit 2022.

Ligji shqiptar kur bëhet fjalë për veprën penale të ushtrimit të prostitucionit, që sipas kodit penal dënohet me gjobë deri në 3 vite burg, ndërsa për shfrytëzim prostitucioni, ndëshkimi bëhet me gjobë deri në 5 vite burg, sa i takon veprës penale të mbajtjes së lokaleve për prostitucion ligji parashikon dënimin deri në 10 vite burg.

Massage businesses continue to offer sex services, police say many massage parlors are involved in human trafficking. But even in these parts it seems that the police turn a blind eye and strike where the order comes from above.
