Pra, pavarësisht mohimit, këto dokumente tregojnë se Fredi bejleri ka qenë një nga protagonistët kryesorë në masakrën e Peshkëpisë, ku mbetën të vrarë dy “Dëshmorët e Atdheut”, komandanti Fatmir Shehu dhe ushtari Arsen Gjini.

Komando greke ‘Pirro i Parë’ që realizoi sulmin:

-Jorgo Anastasulis, 34 vjeç, oficer i ushtrisë greke me gradën toger.
-Apostolos Karvelas, 26 vjeç, punonjës i policisë greke.
-Mario Kutulla, 25 vjeç, shtetas shqiptar nga Himara, banues në Athinë, punëtor.
-Fredi Bejleri, 23 vjeç, shtetas shqiptar nga Himara, banues në Athinë, me profesion hidraulik.
-Jorgo Kristo, 26 vjeç, shtetas shqiptar nga Himara, banues në Athinë.
-Harallamb Papa, 21 vjeç, shtetas shqiptar, banues në Athinë, punëtor ngarkim – shkarkimi.
-Jorgo Papa, 30 vjeç me profesion teknik frigoriferësh, vëllai i Harallamb Papas.

Pavarësisht se është njëri nga autorët e ngjarjes së rëndë, Fredi Bejleri në vitin 2015 kandidoi për të qenë kryetar i bashkisë së Himarës në siglën e PBDNJ dhe i mbështetur nga opozita e djathtë.
