The next plenary session has begun inside the Albanian Parliament, where the Territorial Reform is expected to be voted on, while outside the building there is a tense situation between protesters and police forces.

Protesters present are physically clashing with officers, pushing the police cordon. They have attempted to tear down the barriers placed around the perimeter of the Parliament.

Police also used tear gas to disperse protesters and restore control in the area in front of the Parliament building.

Meanwhile, the police have escorted a protester, from the group located at the Namazgja Mosque, the police have escorted citizen Ilir Tusha.

As an ambulance passed by the protest site, citizens moved to clear the way for it to pass, without creating obstacles.
