In the 2024 budget, 4.1 billion ALL are provided for the indexation of pensions, while 3.6 billion ALL are the funds available for the year-end bonus.
The Minister of Finance and Economy, Ervin Mete announced that 717,370 pensioners throughout the country will benefit from this government policy.
At the beginning of October of this year, the government indexed by 8.6% all pension categories covered by the Institute of Social Insurance.
Even the social pension, which is benefited by Albanian residents over the age of 70, who have no income, will benefit from indexation and bonus.
