The Council of Ministers has approved the expropriation in the public interest of the owners of private real estate, which are affected by the implementation of the project "Rehabilitation of the Durrës railway line - Tirana public transport terminal (PPT) and the connection with Tirana International Airport (TIA) ".
According to the government's decision, the real estate owners will be compensated in the total amount of 104 085 941.87 ALL, which will be borne by the state budget.
The total value of the expropriation is borne by the state budget, the "Expropriation Fund" account in the Bank of Albania.
The owners will be compensated after they have submitted the justification documentation for liquidation to the State Agency for Expropriation.
