Calls for 530 0% interest home loans for public administration employees open

The Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation has opened the Call for Applications for 0% Interest Loans for the Purchase of a House for 530 Public Administration Employees!

The news was announced by Minister Blendi Gonxhja through a post on Facebook.

According to the published announcement, the application is made on the E-albania portal, while it is emphasized what are the criteria required for application and which institution benefits.

As for the application deadline, it is 1 month from the date of opening the call.

Criteria:

Be employed in the public administration, according to the law "On social housing"

Not having a home owned or in the process of legalizing it, or having a home below housing standards

Not own real estate or movable property exceeding half the value of the apartment to be purchased with a soft loan

Not be a beneficiary of other social housing programs
